My Story

With over 20 Years of experience in the U.S. Army, the passion for Training has grown and been refined.  Once I retired, I needed to find another Squad...Platoon why not.  I found that in the Fitness Community. We suffer together, we play together and WE THRIVE TOGETHER !

The concept of Rigorous Training came out my garage during Covid Pandemic in 2020. I eventually took stewardship of my first gym from 2021-2025. I took 1 year to spend with my Family. The time for Rigorous Training to take its place in the fitness community has come !
